Tribunal sacks Adeleke as Osun State Governor
The Osun State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Osogbo has sacked Governor Ademola Adeleke as the duly elected governor of the state.
The tribunal in a split document of two to one declared that the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, should withdraw the Certificate of Return issued to Adeleke and issue same to former Governor Adegboyega Oyetola
tribunals verdict means nothing………
That’s it because of over voting in some places
I hope he will appeal the judgement without delay
It’s not over until it’s over
That is the consequences, we shall see what will happen at appeal Court
