El-Rufai: Ministerial list largely disappointing – Shehu Sani

During an interview on Arise TV, Senator Shehu Sani expressed his deep concern over the inclusion of former Kaduna state governor, Nasir El-Rufai, in the ministerial list, referring to it as a tragedy.

Sani questioned the decision to grant such a man an opportunity to serve the country, given his past actions and statements while in office. He further criticized the idea of appeasing former governors instead of prioritizing the interests of Nigerians and appointing competent individuals.

In Senator Sani’s view, the list of 28 ministerial nominations, which President Tinubu sent for confirmation on Thursday, July 27, was largely disappointing due to El-Rufai’s inclusion.
