President’s New Year speech is like native doctor’s words of hope to a sick man – Shehu Sani

Former Kaduna Lawmaker, Shehu Sani has likened President Bola Tinubu’s New Year speech to a traditional healer’s comforting words to an ailing person.

Tinubu pledged constant affordable food supply, reliable power, and petroleum products without specifying when these measures would be implemented.

Sani pointed out the absence of a timeframe for the promised actions in the President’s address.

According to him, “The President’s speech is good and encouraging. It gives the kind of hope raised by Native Doctors; that you will be delivered from your sickness but no date.”
