“Zero empathy. Zero emotional intelligence” – Aisha Yesufu slams Buhari for joking about fuel price hike

Social-political activist Aisha Yesufu strongly criticized former President Muhammadu Buhari, who, now residing in his hometown of Daura in Katsina State, for saying he is happy Fuel prices have been hiked as he now receives fewer visitors.

Buhari made this comment while addressing a gathering, provoking displeasure from Yesufu and others who attribute the current economic challenges in Nigeria to his administration.

Reacting to the video, Aisha noted that Buhari lacks empathy and emotional intelligence.

“If selfish and self centered were people they would both be Buhari,” she wrote on X.

“Zero empathy. Zero emotional intelligence.

“There were people laughing at this cruelty to the people.

“If they can afford what about those who can’t and their lives are in difficulties?”
