Being in opposition does not warrant blind and thoughtless criticism – Peter Obi aligns with FG’s decision to implement Oronsaye report

Peter Obi has expressed that opposition status should not lead to indiscriminate and thoughtless criticism.

He conveyed this message through his social media platform earlier today, expressing support for the Federal government’s decision to enforce the Oronsaye report. President Tinubu, on Monday, February 26, directed the full implementation of the report, resulting in the dissolution, merging, and reorganization of certain agencies

In his statement posted on his social media platform, Obi recalled his commitment during the 2023 campaign to implement the report if elected. Additionally, he advised the Federal government to take further steps to reduce the cost of governance.
