The Government should cater for the families of the slain Farmers – Shehu Sani

Former lawmaker, Senator Shehu Sani has urged the Federal Government to cater for the families of the farmers slain by members of the Boko Haram sect on Saturday in Borno.

In a tweet he shared via his twitter handle, Sani expressed that it is a moral right for the government to cater for them starting with the president directly meeting them to give them a word of consolation.

He wrote;

“The FG has a moral responsibility to cater for the families of the Borno slain victims. And it should begin with the President directly meeting them to give them a word of consolation and encouragement.”

    God come and save us..o

  2. Why can’t we push for preventive measures instead of seeking for what is going to benefit slained families. This will prevent occurrence in the future.

  3. Though, the deed has been done. If the government provide succur or consolation things for them, they should also push for how to curb the occurrence.

  4. The government should face reality about the governance instead of parabulating, what’s going on in the country is bad.

  5. Those innocent famers were killed because of the incapability of the government to secure it state so its the government responsibility to Carter for their families

  6. They believe that the situation of this country won’t affect them, that is why many of the governors or leaders don’t bother. They should cater for their families.

  7. Nooo is not only word or encouragement…. you should have advise the President to pack all of them to aso-rock. Is like you people are madin…what did the useless President muhammadu buhari do to the families of people loose their life during lekki toll gate? You people are senceless.

  8. Typical of Nigerians. Instead of brainstorming on preventive measures, they are already clamouring for the curative. May the souls of the departed rest in peace.
