BREAKING: 40 million Nigerians use Twitter, reverse ban now – US to Buhari govt
The United States has reiterated the need for the President Muhammadu Buhari-led administration to reverse the suspension of Twitter in Nigeria.
On Wednesday, the US Mission in Nigeria conveyed the message of top American official, Samantha Power.
The senior diplomat is the current Administrator of the US Agency for International Development (USAID).
Power said: “There are nearly 40 M Twitter users in #Nigeria, and the country is home to Africa’s largest tech hub.
“This suspension is nothing more than state-sanctioned denial of free speech and should be reversed immediately. #KeepitOn.”
that is for the good of everyone……. he better reverse that decision……..
I think this is an opportunity for the country to negotiate and find a way out on tax collection
