Do the proper thing – Mohbad’s father calls for DNA test on his Grandson

Mr. Joseph Aloba, the father of the late Nigerian rapper, Ilerioluwa Olademeji Aloba, also known as Mohbad, has requested a DNA test to confirm the paternity of his grandson.

Recalling the ongoing debate in Nigeria regarding the need for a DNA test on the late rapper’s son, Liam, to establish his true parentage, Mr. Aloba emphasized the necessity of conducting a DNA test on the five-month-old son. Some have argued for the test due to allegations of infidelity by Mohbad’s wife, while others have found such requests to be insensitive.

In a recent interview with BBC Pidgin, Mohbad’s father echoed the need for a DNA test on his grandson, emphasizing that it is a matter of global concern.

“This thing has become a majority thing, not only in Nigeria. So they should do the proper thing at the proper time,”he said
