Kogi Guber: I have survived four assassination attempts, Kogi needs a messiah – Dino Melaye

Dino Melaye, who is running as the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate in the upcoming gubernatorial election in Kogi State, alleged on Thursday that he had survived four assassination attempts within the state.

He attributed these attempts to the All Progressives Congress (APC), underlining his belief that violence is deeply ingrained in the party’s culture. Melaye made these revelations during an appearance on Arise Television, where he discussed the prevalent tension in Kogi since the APC assumed power seven years ago.

According to Melaye: “I have survived four assassination attempts; I have had 12 court cases of FG vs. Dino Melaye, and I have been attacked severally. It is not new, as it is in the DNA of the APC to be violent.

“Kogi State is like an evil forest that needs instantaneous redevelopment and needs a messiah.
