Support President Bola Tinubu, we all have roles to play – Governor Sule pleads with Obi
Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State has made a plea to Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP) in the previous election, urging him to extend his support to President Bola Tinubu in addressing the nation’s challenges. Ibrahim Addra, the Chief Press Secretary to the governor, conveyed this message in a statement, detailing that Governor Sule voiced this request during a courtesy visit by Obi at the Government House in Lafia.
The Governor emphasized the distinction between political activities and governance, indicating that now is the time for collective efforts toward effective governance. He encouraged Obi to leverage his extensive experience and expertise to bolster the Tinubu administration in its endeavors to foster a secure and prosperous Nigeria.
He said;
“I want to also call on you Sir to support President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. The country’s challenges cannot be resolved by one person only. We all have roles to play.”
