Revise your policies or they will destroy the Nation and your Government – Sheikh Gumi tells Tinubu

Prominent Islamic cleric, Ahmad Gumi, has issued a cautionary statement about certain policies within the current administration under President Bola Tinubu’s leadership. Gumi emphasized that these policies have the potential to bring about the downfall of the nation if not reevaluated.

Through a brief 22-second video clip shared on his official Facebook page, Gumi expressed his concern that the persistence of these stringent policies could even lead to the government’s own detriment. He urged the president to seek advice from experts prior to implementing specific policies, stressing the importance of avoiding reliance on sycophantic advice

He said, “President Tinubu, you have to revise your policies; if not they are going to destroy the nation and they are also going to destroy your government.

“Your political and economic policies, you have to review them. You have to ask people who know better and don’t depend on these sycophants”.
