”Whether you are the 10th wife, if your man plays his role, Don’t give a f*ck about anybody”- Nigerian woman expresses support for polygamy

Chinwe Ogbonna, a Nigerian woman, has expressed her support of polygamy, emphasizing that as long as men are capable of providing for multiple wives. In a Facebook post dated Friday, November 24, she argued that some women in monogamous relationships often experience a lack of intimacy and financial support from their husbands.

According to her; “When people kept saying so many things on Regina being a 5th or whatever wife, I stood my ground and said that as long as the man can care for her then I see no problem at all,” she wrote. 

“I support polygamy which is one of the reasons I have less female friends here and more active male friends

“Whether you are the 10th wife, if your man plays his role…. Don’t give a fvck about anybody

“A lot of women will do anything to be in Regina’s position

“Some of you are the only wives of your husbands but you rarely collect preek or money so what exactly is the problem??

“If Regina is not collecting preek, she’s collecting money which we can all see with our eyes.”
