A Medical doctor known as @firstdoktor on Twitter has advised men to check their blood pressure before engaging in any sexual activity

In a tweet he shared via the Microblogging site, he stated that orgasms can trigger a cardiac arrest. According to him, “you might be going when you think you are cuming”
